First Swim of Summer
Last weekend, we took the babies out back for the 1st swim & water table of summer. After the "swim" aka Brett & I each holding a baby (EK swallowing water & wiggling around like a fish) in the pool it was very apparent that swimming lessons are needed ASAP. (BTW, I've been in contact with a really nice lady about private swim lessons @ her house that our friends, Rachel & Presley went to...hopefully Emma Kate & Jackson start next week for a 2 week session!) They both loved being outside playing in the water & in the pool!

Jack really liked the water table. This was his 1st time to play in it since last year he was itty bitty! The next few shots are a sequence on events...

ReplyDeleteThe bottom picture is precious!!! OMG! I hope you like Ms. Renee. Pres and Liam loved her! I actually got water wings for Presley and they work out really well!! I don't feel like I have to hold her the whole time we're in the pool, which is so nice for me, too. And, since the lessons she's learned how to kick so she can kinda kick around the pool in her water wings. Good luck! It's so much work to take them swimming these days!
ReplyDeleteYes, the bottom picture is priceless! We loved Ms. Renee too and I'm amazed at how much C learned. We look her swimming this weekend and she could swim by herself (with her water wings). She would kick and move then stop kicking and go under water but she knew to blow out when she got back to the surface. We have a few friends starting next week also. Maybe they'll be in class with you all!
