Another 1/2 a Year, Jackson Reid!

Saturday, September 15, 2012: This guy had his 1/2 birthday on Saturday. 2 & 1/2!! Wow! I do believe in celebrating 1/2 birthdays (must be the only child in me.) We had a fun family afternoon out together. First, we headed to WOGA for an open house at Emma Kate's gymnastics place, then to the mall for a Disney store Halloween costume run, ate dinner at Cheesecake Factory, got American Cookie Company for desert, & ended with a carousal ride. Pretty great family time!!

Jackson Reid at 2 1/2 years old:

Still a great sleeper. Bedtime around 8pm & up at 7am. One nap a day (2-3 hours)

At times can be stubborn

Loving going to MDO 2 days a week. Charming & flirting with his teachers.

This weekend, Mommy & Daddy will start potty training

I could go on & on about you, but truly we are just SO in LOVE & SMITTEN with you! I cannot thank God enough for you!!

First Family Vacation ~ Beach Fam Photo Shoot

Friday, September 7, 2012: Family beach pictures make me OH SO HAPPY!! It's one of the most peaceful & beautiful backdrops for a photo to be taken in my opinion. I do know that I have a 2 & 3 year old who often aren't inerested in posing & smiling for a family picture, so we had to be upbeat & fast with our family pictures attempt. Aunt Katie got put in charge of being our photographer. Big key to getting pics with 2 little ones is just keep clicking & hope that you get some good ones. She did great & was such a trooper. Thank you, Kates & Brett for capturing these!

First Family Vacation ~ Day 4

Friday, September 7, 2012: 

Our last vacation day & a pretty perfect one it was! In the morning, we hit the beach, played in the sand, swam in the pool, rode on the lazy river, & played at the playground @ the condo all before lunchtime. After the kids took good naps we ventured back to the beach & the other condo towers kiddie pool. A great way to end a great trip!
