Swim Lessons 2013

{May 27th week & June 3rd week}
The kids had daily 2 week lessons at Elmer right at the start of summer. We felt like Emma Kate benefitted more from this straight 2 weeks last summer than both going just once a week, based on how much we'll be swimming in our neighborhood pools this summer.

Here are some pictures I took from my phone while watching. Jackson's class met first, then a break, & then Emma Kate's class.

Jackson's First Dentist Visit & Emma Kate's Repeat

{June 4 & 6th, 2013} I took Emma Kate to her second dentist appointment with Dr. Ryan. She was excited to go so she could earn a balloon, then got nervous & tense when the actual cleaning came. She had Miss Kate again who was wonderful.

Then, I took Jackson a couple days later. He is such a cool character. Walks in like he owns the place & listen so well! Miss Kate showed him all the dental tools & even let him push buttons!

The kids had good check-ups & reports about their brushing & teeth. (Jackson is still lacking his 2 year molars...thanks slow teeth Mom for passing that down!) They both do so well brushing their teeth in the morning & night with their "buzz" toothbrushes.

End of "School" Year With Us

May seemed to fly right by us almost...we've stayed pretty busy so I wanted to share pictures of our May days.

We got a few double dates in May. Brett & Matt golfed one afternoon & Ashley & I joined them for dinenr at their country club. We had a FUN time! Nice to be around my mama friends for "adult time"

Kids had fevers for a week in May, but no other symptoms so something their bodies were trying to fight off. This is how I found her after she had to go to timeout one morning for fighting with brother.

Memorial weekend we went bowling for the kids first time with our awesome neighbors. Kids loved it!
