December 1, 2012: Our "super" realtor & good friend, Jenn invited us down to her company Santa event. They have crafts set up, cookies on hand, & then you get a private meeting with Santa.
Best part: it's FREE (picture included & emailed to you) & there's NO long wait!
Emma Kate (3 years 7 months) & Jackson (2 years 8 months old) both did FANTASTIC this year with the big guy!! Still cautious, but not scared. They drew him pictures beforehand, then sat on his lap, & chatted with him about gift ideas.
Afterwards, we ventured to Northpark to see the Train display. The kids enjoyed it, but didn't have long attention spans. We wrapped up the morning with lunch out on the patio at our neighborhood Mexican food joint. Great way to start off the holiday season!
