Pretty Pretty Princess Playdate

Last Thursday, Emma Kate got to have the best playdate...dress up as a princess AND with 2 of her favorite girly friends, Mia & Presley! Ashley hosted us & Rachel, Presley, & baby David are in town so we had to take advantage. Lots of playing, donut eating, & chatting. It was a great time with our 3 princesses & the younger siblings. :)

May 22, 2012: Last Day of CLC (1st year)

On Tuesday, it was Emma Kate & Jackson's last day @ CLC. I truly cannot believe that this year is over...seems like Brett & I were dropping them off in August. :) This Mother's Day Out program could not have been any better for them. I love seeing their smiling faces when I pick them up at 2pm. Loving teachers, friends, learning, singing, dancing, going to Chapel. We attempted getting pictures on the stairs for a last day of school pic. Brother not so into it.

Spring Time at the Arboretum

Last Saturday, we head to D-town to go to the Arboretum. We really love it there! Sara graciously (for the 2nd year) gave the kids bday gifts a year membership there. Thank you, Aunt Sara!! :)
There is a new exhibt there...so awesome!  We were having such a great visit. Looking at the flowers, letting the kids run freely, & then...Jackson falls down & bites his lip! Blood all over & foul mood after so we cut our visit shorter than expected. Still fun while it lasted. Thats life with kids! Here are some shots from the morning Brett caught.
